Our areas of coverage are Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Frisco and McKinney. We can travel outside our areas for customers that have more than one bicycle to be repaired or $95 or more worth in services. Our Services are performed from the convenience of your home. We also pick up, repair and deliver bicycles at a later date.
Hours of operation may vary depending on client request and business availability.
We require payment on the day the service is provided. The technician will bill you after the work is finished. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and Checks to be made out to Ramon Ruiz or Ride It Again. All sales and services are final. Once payment is received, the work is considered completed and accepted by the customer. Customers have a 24-hour grace period from the service date to perform test rides and request further service if necessary, though the service has to be related to the previous work. This does not include any new service, parts or labor on the bicycle. We work in Hydraulic brakes bleeding depending of the year of the bike, ask for a consultation.
